Our wonderful and repeat client are looking to recruit an additional Account Manager for their team.
The business is very well-established and has grown significantly in the last 18 months both by acquisition and organically.
As the teams new Account Manager, you will be a point of contact for their clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships while ensuring the smooth delivery of their services.
You will manage client communications, handle administrative tasks, and oversee the allocation and completion of tasks instructed to external parties as well as the following key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver detailed client reports.
- Attend and participate in client meetings.
- Handle client calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Manage new work instructions via our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Allocate tasks to contractors and oversee project completion.
- Work independently, following up with other departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are on track.
- Handle client complaints efficiently, following agreed escalation processes.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, liaising with Accounts and Credit Control on payment matters.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new opportunities for growth.
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in handling client complaints and managing relationships with external parties.
